Job summary

VIVA USA Inc is seeking a project coordinator to collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams on planning, scheduling and delivery of program milestones. The role includes lab and hardware management responsibilities to ensure smooth validation and testing cycles.

Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering and at least 1 year of related experience, with strong organizational and communication skills. Lab experience is a plus.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Work with engineering teams on project tracking, scheduling, budget planning, and status reporting.
• Work closely with cross functional teams on the planning and execution of program deliverables.
• Accountable for collecting inputs & ordering project hardware including boards, CPU’s, & misc system items used in validation, monitoring the delivery schedule and managing allocations.
• Responsible for lab management including ordering supplies, maintaining & tracking board, materials, & equipment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in client PC or server system design and validation; OS based testing tools and environments; and failure resolution and tracking.
• Experience working in SOC/System organization.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Power BI, Confluence, MS Project.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Advanced skills (pivot tables, reports) with Excel and PowerPoint a plus.
• Strong organizational & communication skills.

Academic Credentials

Bachelors in business or engineering & 1+ years related experience

Lab experience/Lab assistant is a plus.
