Job summary

VIVA USA Inc is seeking a project coordinator to collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams on planning, scheduling and delivery of program milestones. The role includes lab and hardware management responsibilities to ensure smooth validation and testing cycles.

Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering and at least 1 year of related experience, with strong organizational and communication skills. Lab experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering teams on project tracking, scheduling, budget planning, and status reporting.
• Work with cross-functional teams on planning and execution of program deliverables.
• Order project hardware and monitor delivery schedules; manage allocations.
