Job Description
WSP is seeking a Project Coordinator for our Atlanta, GA office. The Project Coordinator supports project teams with administrative duties throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up opportunities, proposals and projects in accordance with WSP’s Project Delivery Manual using the Horizon platform.
- Communicating with the project team to assist with monitoring and controlling budgets, expenditures, and schedules.
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers and helping with preparation of subcontractor work/purchase orders.
- Generating project financial reports, including tracking financial performance of projects.
- Setting up and maintaining project SharePoint sites.
- Interfacing with the accounting team to ensure compliance with client invoicing requirements.
- Assisting with tracking of invoices and project payments.
- Processing and formatting project deliverables, including reports, memos, technical specifications.
- Ensuring project files and documents comply with WSP’s ISO system.
- Assisting with preparation of proposals.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with consulting engineering project controls or interfacing with consulting accounting systems.
- GED or High School Diploma.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of cloud-based file sharing platforms such as SharePoint or ShareFile.
- Experience in field/supply logistics and travel bookings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Deadline oriented, ability to track and meet multiple concurrent deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
Location: Atlanta, GA.
