Job summary

SJE in Plymouth, MN is seeking an Associate Project Coordinator to support the Primex project team from kickoff through closeout. You will help coordinate plans, manage details, and ensure alignment with quality standards and customer expectations.

You'll collaborate with customers, project managers, leadership, and internal teams to move projects forward, build strong relationships, prepare agendas and notes, and provide regular project updates.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and partners.
• Coordinate project details, timelines, updates, meetings and follow-up items.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Assist with project scope review, schedules, risk identification, and issue resolution.
• Prepare agendas, record meeting notes, and provide weekly or monthly updates.
• Support documentation and reporting including schedules of values, RFIs, change orders, invoices.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, production, testing, programming, field service, finance, and AR teams.
• Support budgeting, cash flow activities, and late-payment follow-up.
• Positive, team-focused approach and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the project team from kickoff through closeout, keeping projects on track and on budget.
• Coordinate plans, manage project details and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Build customer relationships and manage expectations with customers and internal teams.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record notes, and provide weekly/monthly project updates.
• Review project scope and schedules, identify risks, track progress and resolve issues.
• Coordinate work across engineering, procurement, production, testing, programming, field service, and finance.
• Assist with budgeting, cost forecasting, cash flow, and AR follow-up on late payments.
