Job summary

SJE Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Coordinator to support our Primex brand from our Plymouth, MN location. You will assist with kickoff through closeout, ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with quality standards and customer expectations.

You will coordinate plans, track progress, communicate updates, and build strong customer relationships while collaborating with engineering, procurement, production, testing, programming, field service, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior experience in project coordination or customer service
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Communications, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the project team from kickoff through closeout to keep projects on track and on budget
• Coordinate plans, manage project details, and communicate updates
• Build customer relationships and manage expectations; prepare meeting agendas and notes
• Review project scope and schedules, identify risks, track progress, and support issue resolution
• Coordinate work across engineering, procurement, production, testing, programming, field service, and finance to move projects forward
• Support documentation and reporting including schedules of values, RFIs, change orders, payment applications, invoices, and status updates
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow activities, and AR follow-up on late payments
