Qualifications

6+ years of project controls scheduling experience with HS diploma.
4+ years with an Associate degree or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree not required but may be considered.

Responsibilities

Creates and updates project schedules with proper predecessors and successors.
Deconstructs project scope into discrete activities with durations.
Implements procurement, submittals, and material delivery timelines into the schedule.
Analyzes quantity take-offs and ensures items are in the schedule.
Resource loads the project schedule and forecasts material, equipment, and labor.
Tracks costs, schedule, and earned value for status updates.
Inputs pending and approved change orders into the schedule.
Designs schedules frag nets to show submittal impact on change orders.
Leads site surveys and supports establishment of work areas.
Identifies constructability constraints and reflects them in the schedule.
Produces baseline vs actual schedule reports and monthly narratives.
Maintains CPM network narratives and mitigation insights.
