You will develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, ensuring accurate baselines and alignment with resources and timelines. Responsibilities include ERP-driven submittals, change order integration, and monthly narrative updates, with a focus on constructability and timely communication among stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and maintaining project schedules and CPM narratives.
• Ability to deconstruct scope into discrete activities with duration controls.
• Proficiency in tracking costs, earned value, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Create and update project schedules with proper predecessors and successors.
• Deconstruct project scope into activities and manage durations.
• Incorporate procurement, submittals, and material delivery timelines into schedules.
• Forecast material, equipment, and labor needs via resource loading.
• Track costs, schedule, and earned value; report status monthly.
• Log pending and approved change orders in the schedule.
• Support site surveys and coordinate work areas; flag constructability issues.
