You will ensure timelines are met, resources are allocated, and progress is accurately tracked for mission-critical facilities. The role involves coordinating procurement, submittals, and material deliveries, as well as analyzing quantity take-offs and earned value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project controls experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of project controls experience with an associate degree.
• 0+ years of project controls experience with a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Create and update project schedules with proper predecessors and successors.
• Deconstruct project scope into discrete activities with duration limits.
• Incorporate procurement, submittals, and material delivery into schedules.
• Analyze quantity take-offs for schedule accuracy.
• Resource load schedules for materials, equipment, and labor.
• Track costs, schedule, and earned value to report status.
• Input pending and approved change orders into the schedule.
• Coordinate site surveys and establish work areas as needed.
• Identify constructability constraints and reflect them in the schedule.
• Produce baseline vs actual schedule reports and narratives.
• Maintain CPM narratives and provide mitigation insights.
