You will play a key role in ensuring deadlines are met, resources are allocated, and progress is accurately tracked across multiple stakeholders. The role requires keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to learn scheduling software quickly, with preference for Primavera P6 experience.

Qualifications

• Must have schedulings experience and familiarity with project control processes.
• Experience with scheduling software and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Strong detail orientation and ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Executes creation and updating of project schedules with proper predecessors and successors.
• Deconstructs project scope into discrete activities with duration control.
• Implements procurement, submittals, reviews, and delivery timelines in the schedule.
• Analyzes quantity take-offs and ensures items are included in the schedule.
• Resource loads schedule forecasting material, equipment, and labor needs.
• Tracks costs, schedule, and earned value; provides status updates.
• Inputs pending and approved change orders into the schedule.
• Designs nets to show submittal impacts on change orders and coordinates site surveys.
• Produces baseline vs. actual schedule reports and CPM narratives.
