Zusammenfassung

STV Incorporated seeks a Project Controls Specialist II in Boston, MA to support cost management, scheduling, forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking on transportation and infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with PMs, schedulers, cost engineers, and client teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of project controls experience, strong Excel/Office skills, and a foundation in cost management, scheduling, and risk assessment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of project controls, scheduling, cost engineering, project management support, or related experience.
• Experience supporting transportation, transit, infrastructure, construction, engineering, or capital projects preferred.
• Understanding of project controls principles, including: Cost management, Scheduling, Forecasting, Change management, Performance reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Aufgaben

• Assist in development and maintenance of project budgets, cost reports, and forecasts.
• Track project costs, commitments, and expenditures against budgets.
• Perform cost variance analysis and identify budget risks.
• Support earned value and project performance reporting.
• Review invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
