Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our Project Controls team in New York City, supporting a growing portfolio of transportation and major infrastructure projects across the country.

You will develop, review, and manage CPM schedules, lead risk analyses, and contribute to EVM reporting and dashboarding. The role requires 8+ years scheduling experience, Primavera P6 expertise, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate across design, CM, PM, and client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent).
• 8+ years of progressive scheduling or project controls experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Strong CPM scheduling, construction sequencing, and schedule analysis.
• Forensic schedule analysis and claims support.
• Cost/resource loading and cashflow experience.
• Experience supporting public agency clients, transit authorities, DOTs, or major infrastructure programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze CPM schedules for complex horizontal and vertical transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Support multiple active projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deliverables across clients and programs.
• Prepare baseline schedules, periodic updates, recovery schedules, and what-if analyses.
• Perform schedule risk analysis.
• Lead schedule development and review for design-build and major project delivery models.
