The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is seeking a Project Controls Analyst III to support the Capital Investment Plan by budgeting, scheduling, and reporting to achieve on-budget, on-time project performance.

You will assist in cost estimating, trend analysis, earned value, and risk assessments, review invoices, and coordinate with MBTA departments to align schedules and resources across capital programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; substitutions allowed as described in the posting.
• Eight years of experience in project controls, financial reporting, or project management.
• Experience delivering capital projects with budgets between $100–$200 million.

Mansioni

• Assist budgeting, cost estimating, cash flow projections, and EAC projections.
• Review and process payment invoices; ensure payments align with authorizations.
• Analyze project schedules and monitor progress against baseline; forecast impacts of changes.
• Perform risk analyses, earned value, and contingency calculations.
• Maintain lessons learned database and develop new computerized reports.
• Coordinate with MBTA departments to align schedules and workflows.
