Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Minimum 5 years of project controls experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years of project controls experience
• Working knowledge of project controls and project management principles
• Proficient with financial tools and spreadsheets
• Strong understanding of the full lifecycle of a construction project

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform project control activities from pre-construction through close-out
• Set up projects in ERP and project management systems to track and analyze data
• Develop and implement project control plans, budgets, and CBS
• Track earned value, costs, and schedules; provide regular progress updates
• Prepare weekly productivity reports and month-end packages
• Maintain time-phased forecasts and cash flow reports
• Update and monitor project dashboards (Power BI) and respond to ad-hoc data requests
• Manage billing schedules and client invoicing
