Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project accounting, financial controls, or project administration within the A/E/C industry.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar project accounting software.
• Experience with FDOT or other public agency billing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project billing, accounts receivable, and consultant invoicing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review project costs, track budget performance, and finalize monthly invoices with PMs.
• Prepare audit packages and compliance documentation for public agency projects.
• Develop fee estimates and budget allocations for proposals and projects.
• Maintain project financial records and subconsultant agreements across systems.
