Ideal candidates will have a background in finance or administration, 0–2 years in project controls or related roles, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and maintaining detailed project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
• Support project accounting tasks including billing, budgets, and cost reports.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and assist with closeout documents.
