• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in cost engineering or project controls.
• Experience creating budgets, forecasts, and cost reports for engineering or capital projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for project-wide collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide solid forecasting, cost engineering, reporting, and subcontractor invoicing for programs.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and cost baselines with variance analysis.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to optimize cost performance.
