Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Project Controls professional to support the Program Management Team in Richmond, VA. You will provide forecasting, cost engineering, reporting and subcontractor invoicing for large capital projects, contributing to project financial performance and governance.

The role requires 10+ years’ experience in construction management or project controls, with strong leadership and expertise in budgeting and scheduling, and familiarity with Oracle/SAP/EcoSys/Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline with 10+ years in capital projects/construction management or project controls.
• Experience managing CM service budgets, forecasts, staffing plans, and project financial performance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, invoicing and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide solid forecasting, cost engineering, reporting and subcontractor invoicing for large capital projects.
• Support program management team and drive project controls across multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
