Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cost engineering, project controls, project management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment.
• Experience developing and maintaining project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports for engineering, construction, or capital projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate cost performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent presentation skills with a proven ability to effectively engage leadership teams, facilitate discussions, and communicate key messages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
• Experience with project controls and cost management software such as EcoSys, Primavera Unifier, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Ability to perform cost forecasting, estimate reconciliation, cash flow analysis, and variance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide solid forecasting, cost engineering, reporting and subcontractor invoicing.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports for engineering, construction, or capital projects.
• Analyze cost performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Engage project managers and stakeholders with clear, concise cost communications and recommendations.
