Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent technical training is required.
• Minimum six years of experience in engineering, architecture, project administration, procurement, and construction projects.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, cost, and schedule metrics and tools, collect performance data, track data and progress.
• Assist Project Manager with changes, cost changes estimates, and schedule impact.
• Integrate cost and schedule data with accounting and management systems.
• Coordinate design submittals, RFIs, and related documentation for contractual submittals.
• Prepare budgets, project plans, minutes, reports, and other required documentation.
• Maintain project schedules and logs; manage bid documents and procurement processes.
