Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to perform high‑level administrative functions within the Project Controls group, focusing on billing administration and project financial closeout. This role supports our nationwide technology infrastructure projects.

The candidate will manage project setup in NetSuite, budgets, billing, WIP, AR aging, and closeout readiness, requiring strong detail orientation and teamwork in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative experience supporting project teams.
  • 1+ year of informal leadership, mentorship, and peer support.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Performs project setup, SO creation, and PO booking in NetSuite.
  • Manages project budgets including exception reviews, true-ups, and WIP support.
  • Owns customer billing, credits, and invoice accuracy.
  • Manages Completed Not Closed projects and monitors closeout readiness.
  • Reviews AR aging and drives resolution proactively.
  • Performs other position duties when requested.

ADB is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to perform high‑level administrative functions within the Project Controls group with a concentration on billing administration and project financial closeout.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Performs project setup, SO creation, and PO booking in NetSuite
  • Manages project budgets including exception reviews, true‑ups, and WIP support
  • Owns customer billing, credits, and invoice accuracy
  • Manages Completed Not Closed projects and monitors closeout readiness
  • Reviews AR aging and drives resolution proactively
  • Performs other position duties when requested

Experience and Education
  • 3+ years of administrative experience supporting project teams required
  • 1+ year of informal leadership, mentorship, and peer support required
  • Construction industry experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent required

This position pays between $25 and $35/hr and is based on the candidate's skillset and experience.
