Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to perform high-level administrative functions within the Project Controls group with a concentration on billing administration and project financial closeout. This role supports budgets, invoicing, and closeout processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will set up projects in NetSuite, manage SOs, POs, and billing accuracy, review AR aging, and drive timely closeouts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative experience supporting project teams.
• 1+ year of informal leadership, mentorship, and peer support.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Performs project setup, SO creation, and PO booking in NetSuite.
• Manages project budgets including exception reviews, true-ups, and WIP support.
• Owns customer billing, credits, and invoice accuracy.
• Manages Completed Not Closed projects and monitors closeout readiness.
• Reviews AR aging and drives resolution proactively.
• Performs other position duties when requested.

Roles And Responsibilities

Experience And Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required

This position pays between $25 and $35/hr and is based on the candidate's skillset and experience.
