POSITION OVERVIEW

ADB is seeking a Project Manager to execute end‑to‑end project ownership and effectively manage project lifecycles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading supervisors and construction managers and effectively manage projects to satisfy customer expectations. They will be deadline driven, accountable, and work with an ALL IN mindset to drive results.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning through project closeout
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and operational strategies
  • Coordinate all phases of construction activities to achieve successful project outcomes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and coordination
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage customer expectations related to schedule, scope, quality, and deliverables
  • Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and issue resolutions to customers and stakeholders
  • Maintain accountability for overall project financial performance, including WIP, margins, and cash flow
  • Develop, track, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between field operations, engineering, customers, and support teams
  • Provide leadership and direction to construction managers, supervisors, field inspectors, and field teams; responsible for people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc.
  • Drive team KPIs to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard success
  • Uphold ADB’s safety culture, lead by example, and drive a philosophy of zero throughout the entire organization
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed

WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phones
  • This role operates out of an environmentally controlled office environment
  • When on project sites, will be required to wear common PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hat, and safety‑toed boots
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
  • 3‑5+ years of technical field experience and/or project management experience required
  • 2‑3+ years of leadership experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel nationwide required

This position pays between $80,000 and $165,000 base and is based on the candidate's skill set and experience.
