Jacobs is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to join our team delivering award-winning projects. You will monitor budgets, costs and labor hours, create client and internal status reports, and support schedule risk analysis with cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of scheduling experience with P6 schedule analysis and reporting.
• Experience on complex projects $25M and above.
• Ability to build a schedule from scratch after coordinating with various teams—engineering, project management and construction.
• Ability to explain variances, delays and tracks and monitors contractor schedules.
• Cost analysis familiarity and SAP experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform client management, interfacing, updates and presentations at all levels of management.
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure awareness of project cost, risks and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and communicate budget, actual status, and forecast costs/labor hours for projects.
