Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler II to support project managers on mid-size energy infrastructure projects. You will develop and present schedule data using Primavera/MS Project, monitor progress, and participate in coordination meetings.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in construction scheduling and familiarity with schedule concepts; preferred 5+ years. HDR offers an employee-owned culture and opportunities to impact major projects globally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction scheduling.
• Basic understanding of scheduling software for storing data and presenting schedules—Primavera, MS Project, or similar.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Active participation in an employee-owned culture is a must.
• Sponsorship (visa) for US employment is not available now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager/Controls Manager with monitoring high-energy projects with great attention to detail.
• Develop, evaluate, compile and present schedule data for execution of work on small to medium projects.
• Monitor and document construction progress; provide written schedule progress reports.
• Participate in project coordination meetings.
• Demonstrate familiarity with scheduling concepts, logic diagrams, resources, milestones, LOE, and schedules in various formats.
• Perform other duties as needed.
