Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler II to join our team in the United States. The role supports project managers by developing and maintaining schedules for small to medium projects, monitoring progress, and producing status reports.

You will work with Primavera P6 and MS Project, ensuring schedules reflect logical sequencing, resources, milestones and accruals. Preferred candidates have cost control experience, strong communication, and a collaborative approach within our employee-owned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in Construction Scheduling.
• Proficiency with Primavera, MS Project, or other scheduling tools.
• Experience with cost and resource loaded schedules.
• Basic understanding of scheduling data formats and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager/Controls Manager with monitoring project scheduling.
• Develop, evaluate and present schedule data for execution of work on small to medium projects.
• Monitor construction progress and provide written schedule reports.
• Participate in project coordination meetings.
• Demonstrate familiarity with scheduling concepts such as logic diagrams, resources and milestones.
