Job summary

RESPEC seeks an experienced Project Controls Office Manager to join our Mining & Energy Team in Lexington, KY. You will oversee project setup, budget monitoring, billing coordination, and financial reporting to ensure projects are set up for success and delivered efficiently.

You’ll partner with Project Managers to provide insights, drive process improvements, and support administrative needs of the Lexington office in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting or managing business financials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project/financial systems (BST, Power BI, Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and project management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project setup, budget and schedule monitoring.
• Billing coordination, receivables support, and financial reporting.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on key financial metrics.
• Collaborate to strengthen project management processes and drive operational excellence.
• Support Lexington office admin and staff as needed.
