Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Minimum of four years of project administration experience.
• Experience with Lump Sum and Reimbursable projects.
• Ability to train on company software (PM, Scheduling, Document Control).

Responsibilities

• Monitor project controls system on projects
• Audit the project’s control systems and ensure compliance with policy
• Establish a document control process for RFIs, submittals, correspondence and meeting notes
• Assist project teams in preparing for audits
• Setup company standard quantity tracking system
• Manage timely contractual notices and subcontract reporting
• Support planning and scheduling activities
• Maintain trust with subcontractors, ownership, and design team
