RESPEC in the United States is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead its Geothermal team. You will guide projects from planning through closeout, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget compliance while collaborating with clients and specialists.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, leads cross-functional groups, and drives continuous improvement. The role offers exposure to diverse markets, hands-on leadership, and opportunities to influence project outcomes across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of project management or related experience.
• Experience managing scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven client interface experience and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop and manage scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across offices.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to stay on track.
• Serve as primary client contact with regular progress updates.
