  • Track change orders, scope growth, claims, and commercial recoveries
  • Monitor contingency usage, risk transfer exposure, and liquidated damages risk
  • Coordinate payment and performance bond issuance and underwriting documentation
  • Track bond requirements, renewals, and releases per contract milestones
  • Manage Certificates of Insurance and verify coverage limits/endorsements
  • Track and support procurement of required permits, licenses, and approvals
  • Maintain compliance tracking tied to bonding, insurance, and regulatory obligations

  • Develop concise executive and project team reporting and dashboards
  • Provide scenario analysis for cost overruns, schedule delays, and recovery plans
  • Integrate cost and schedule data to enhance project controls visibility
  • Identify early warning indicators for schedule slippage and productivity loss
  • Support mitigation planning with Project Managers and leadership
  • Partner with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, and Accounting
  • Support internal project reviews, audits, and risk committees
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project controls tools and systems
