Job summary

Cumming Group in Nashville, TN is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Manager to lead program reporting, analytics, and governance for a multi-billion-dollar capital project portfolio. You will partner with client teams and leadership to deliver accurate cost, schedule, risk and performance insights.

In this role, you will manage KPI development, Earned Value and executive dashboards using Power BI, coordinate inputs across Cost Management, Scheduling and PMIS, and mentor junior staff while

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of project controls including cost, schedule, and risk.
• Advanced Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting, analytics, and project controls processes for a large-scale capital program.
• Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly program reports and executive dashboards.
• Oversee Power BI dashboards and data management across projects.
• Coordinate inputs from Cost Management, Scheduling, and PMIS teams.
• Mentor junior project controls personnel.
