Cumming Group in Nashville, TN seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead program reporting, analytics, and governance for a major capital program. You will own executive dashboards, KPI management, and performance narratives to drive informed decision-making across multiple teams.

Ideal candidates bring strong project controls knowledge, advanced Power BI/Excel skills, and experience delivering client-facing presentations in large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of project controls fundamentals including cost, schedule, forecasting and reporting.
• Ability to translate complex data into concise executive-level reporting.
• Experience developing executive dashboards and KPI reporting solutions.
• Proven stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional reporting initiatives and teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and maintenance of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc program reports.
• Prepare executive dashboards, presentations and performance summaries for client and leadership teams.
• Consolidate cost, schedule, risk, procurement, and construction metrics into standardized reporting packages.
• Develop reporting narratives that clearly communicate performance, trends, risks and achievements.
• Oversee Power BI dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring data integrity and automation.
• Support implementation of project controls standards and governance across the program.
