Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Project Controls Manager to support a major healthcare capital program in the Sacramento area. You will work with client leadership and project teams to provide cost and schedule management, forecasting, risk management, governance, and reporting across a complex portfolio.

This hybrid role combines remote work with client meetings and site visits as needed. Fluency in Power BI integration with PMIS and strong analytical/communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in construction project controls or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client coordination skills.
• Experience with project controls tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost & schedule management, forecasting, risk management, governance, and reporting.
• Support capital planning, cashflow, and funding information for projects.
• Develop dashboards and integrate with client PMIS using Power BI and related tools.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to drive project outcomes and governance.
