Job summary

Georgia Power is seeking a Project Controls Metrics, Reporting, and Technology Analyst to analyze, develop, and implement reporting and BI solutions that enhance project visibility across the Capital Portfolio. You will develop dashboards and automated reports to provide actionable insights for project teams and leadership.

Responsibilities include building KPI dashboards, improving data quality, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet data requirements while supporting strategic planning

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data analytics, BI, or related functions.
• Experience developing, tracking, and reporting KPIs, metrics, scorecards, and performance dashboards.
• Experience using reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, Excel, or similar platforms.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives through automation, reporting enhancements, and technology-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, deploy, and maintain analytical models, reporting solutions, technology, and datasets to enable data-driven decisions across Project Controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and ensure accuracy, consistency, governance, and standardization across reporting platforms.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project teams, customers, and stakeholders to deliver actionable BI and drive tooling adoption.
• Provide analytical support across Cost, Schedule, Risk, and Change Management.
• Support strategic planning through data analysis, forecasting, trend identification, and scenario evaluations.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects to support portfolio decisions.
