Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project controls experience on commercial/industrial construction.
• Experience with HCSS HeavyJob or similar job costing.
• Experience with P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Experience with Viewpoint or similar accounting software.
• Experience with Heavy Bid or similar estimating software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Implement, train, and audit project controls on large construction projects.
• Support Project Manager with client-facing and internal reporting.
• Coordinate with PM, operations, and engineering, procurement, contracts and construction.
• Oversee baseline process for cost, schedule, and progress.
• Establish risk management and progress measurement processes.
