Elecnor Hawkeye LLC is seeking a Project Control Administrator to provide essential day-to-day administrative support for procurement, fleet logistics, and field manpower tracking. You will validate invoices against POs, maintain tracking spreadsheets, and coordinate IT requests to ensure day-one system access for new hires.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy across documentation, spreadsheets, and data entry.
• Proactive follow-up to multiple open requests (IT tickets, AP payments) with persistent resolution.
• System-savvy: comfortable using digital tracking matrices and corporate ticketing systems.
• Strong cross-functional communication with vendors, field crews, and corporate departments.

Responsabilités

• Review and validate vendor invoices against POs; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain the weekly Vendor Payment Status spreadsheet; compile validated invoices for AP escalation.
• Monitor corporate ticketing systems for outstanding AP issues and follow up.
• Coordinate fleet and project controls documentation; track fleet requests and equipment dispatch.
