Job summary

Elecnor Hawkeye USA is seeking a Project Manager to oversee utility services projects from planning to closeout, ensuring budgets, schedules, and client communications are maintained. You will develop execution plans, manage a multi-disciplinary team, and collaborate across departments to deliver quality results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' project management experience in utility or construction utility.
• Must have strong analytical, verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple project assignments simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel and work at construction sites as needed.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, cost tracking, and change order management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project labor force, ensuring efficient allocation and performance.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and customer communications in line with contract documents.
• Develop project execution plans and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Serve as primary customer contact, providing regular updates and resolving issues.
• Maintain project master budget and schedule, tracking progress against milestones.
• Provide status reports including variance reporting and contract progress monitoring.
• Follow up with customers to gauge satisfaction and gather improvement input.
• Track change orders and ensure closeout including final billing and as-builts.
• Monitor expenditures and record invoices, claims, and subcontractor costs.
• Use Viewpoint reports for effective project implementation and decision making.
• Collaborate with safety, finance, operations, and project management teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in preconstruction tasks, including kick-offs, work packages, and permitting.
• Attend customer meetings, negotiations, and regulatory discussions.
