Job summary

RAM Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Administrator embedded in field operations in Salt Lake City, UT.

The role focuses on establishing and maintaining strong financial and administrative controls across the project lifecycle. You will serve as the critical link between Operations, Accounting, Supply Chain, Payroll, and Project Management to ensure accurate purchasing, labor reporting, equipment tracking, and project documentation.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in project controls, accounting, construction administration, payroll, or project administration.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, cost tracking, and financial documentation.
• Experience supporting construction, industrial, mining, or field service projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Viewpoint, Spectrum, JD Edwards, HCSS, UKG, or similar) preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to communicate professionally with field personnel, project managers, vendors, and corporate departments.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with financial and employee information.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong financial and administrative controls throughout the project lifecycle.
• Link Operations, Accounting, Supply Chain, Payroll, and Project Management to ensure accuracy of purchasing, labor reporting, and equipment tracking.
• Coordinate information and supporting documentation to prepare customer billings; note invoices are not prepared by this role.
