Zusammenfassung

E Tech Group is looking for a Project Controls Specialist to independently track project health and margins, uphold governance standards, and provide early warnings so Project Managers can focus on execution.

You will ensure the accuracy of project cost and schedule data, serve as an analytical partner to Project Managers, and help prepare client-specific reports while coordinating with PMs, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Project controls or project coordination experience in engineering or automation environments.
• Experience in cost performance management, EAC/ETC forecasting, variance analysis, and change-order impacts for engineering or systems integration projects.
• Ability to turn complex metrics into clear status reports for all audiences.

Aufgaben

• Assist Project Manager to establish project scope, cost, and schedule baselines at kickoff using CPM.
• Diagnose budget, cost, and forecast variances and propose actionable corrections.
• Update project schedules, forecasts, and estimates at completion in PM systems.
• Coordinate with PMs, client personnel, subcontractors, and vendors on cost, schedule, billing, and reporting.
• Identify risks and mitigate project risks with probability and impact assessments.
• Evaluate changes in budget and schedule and update baselines accordingly.
• Ensure transactions comply with company financial policies and governance standards.
