Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be permanent Civil Service Administrative Project Manager.
• Experience in planning, coordination, and direction of design and construction of capital projects.
• Ability to develop project scopes, manage consultant contracts, and conduct post–substantial completion evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee project schedules and control documents.
• Coordinate with agencies, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion.
• Provide management reports highlighting schedule and cost issues.
