Job summary

New York City Department of Environmental Protection seeks an Associate Project Manager to supervise project work for capital repairs and installations of buildings and structures in NYC. You will coordinate design, construction, and reporting while maintaining planning data and schedules.

Under supervision, you’ll review contractor performance, manage cross-agency meetings, and ensure cost controls for projects valued at municipal scale in a complex urban setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience supervising project management work in civil/architectural projects.
• Strong planning, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Experience with capital projects and contractor oversight.
