Randstad USA is seeking a Project Control Specialist for a long-term contract in Marshalltown, Iowa. You will manage cost, risk, and scheduling using Primavera P6 and EVMS against large industrial construction milestones.

This role pays per diem and requires a Bachelor's degree, with day-to-day responsibilities including cost forecasts, change orders, and interfacing with accounting and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls for large-scale industrial construction.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Hands-on Primavera P6 scheduling and EVMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls for large-scale energy builds, ensuring compliance with terms.
• Develop and maintain cost forecasts, cash flow updates, and monthly accruals while reviewing change orders.
• Conduct schedule reviews and EVMS analysis in Primavera P6 to track milestones and progress.
• Identify cost/schedule risks and advise on mitigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with accounting, finance, vendors, and contractors to align cost data.
