Job summary

Radiant Systems Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Specialist in the United States to lead cost and schedule controls for major construction initiatives.

You will develop schedules, forecasts, cash flow, and cost reports, while performing schedule analysis, progress measurement, and invoice reviews. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with EVM and resource-loaded schedules, and familiarity with Oracle Primavera Unifier or UIPlanner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction, or related field.
• Strong experience with Oracle Primavera P6 and project scheduling.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and resource-loaded schedules.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier and/or UIPlanner preferred.
• Construction/project controls experience with analytical and communication skills.
• Utility, power generation, or gas turbine project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project cost and schedule controls for major construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, forecasts, cash flow, and cost reports.
• Perform schedule analysis, progress measurement, accruals, and invoice reviews.
• Monitor project risks, costs, changes, and performance against approved budgets.
• Coordinate with project teams, finance, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
