Job summary

UDR Consulting, INC is seeking a Staff Project Controls Specialist to join our team across Kansas City, MO and Albuquerque, NM. You will lead project controls with the PM team to deliver projects on budget and on schedule, and set up projects in Enterprise Planning & Controls software.

You will analyze data, develop schedules, cash flows, and forecasts, create WBS, and coordinate with accounting. Strong communication and Primavera P6 experience are essential; candidates must have a relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, construction management or related field with at least 3 years of project controls experience.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; OSHA 10-hour safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls processes with the PM team to meet budget and schedule.
• Analyze data, run reports in Primavera P6 or other tools.
• Develop and maintain schedules, cash flows, and forecasts.
• Interface with PM Team and Accounting to review costs and support audits.
• Input progress measurement and maintain earned value management.
