Actalent is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead cost management for large capital life sciences programs. You will develop cash flow and funding forecasts, refine EAC estimates, and provide risks and opportunities to project leadership.

• Proven ability to communicate risks and opportunities to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management across large capital projects with accurate financial oversight.
• Develop cash flow forecasts and funding projections for strategic planning.
• Produce EAC forecasts and cost performance metrics for senior stakeholders.
• Identify budget deviations and implement mitigation strategies.
• Consolidate datasets into clear KPIs and executive reporting materials.
