Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Manager, Project Controls (Life Science) to oversee portfolio-wide project controls delivery within the Project & Development Services group. You will shape delivery strategies, govern frameworks, and advise client stakeholders while mentoring senior staff.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred; Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide portfolio-level oversight of project controls delivery.
• Establish delivery strategies, controls frameworks, and governance structures.
• Serve as senior advisor to client stakeholders.
• Mentor and oversee Managers and Senior Project Controls staff.
• Influence staffing, resourcing, and delivery models.
• Contribute to internal tools, standards, and process improvements.
