Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls Planning (Life Science) to lead portfolio-level scheduling for major life sciences capital programs. You will establish governance, drive standardized reporting, and guide executive decision-making across multi-project portfolios.

The role requires extensive scheduling expertise, leadership experience, and mastery of Primavera P6, with a focus on risk management and program performance across regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Thirteen or more years of progressive planning and scheduling experience, including at least two years of management experience.
• Experience leading planning and scheduling functions for large, complex capital programs in regulated environments.
• Expert knowledge of scheduling techniques, critical path, forecast, and schedule risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio- and program-level oversight of planning and scheduling services across multiple life sciences capital projects and mega-programs.
• Establish scheduling governance frameworks, standards, and reporting structures to support program execution and decision-making.
• Serve as a senior advisor to client executives on schedule performance, forecasting, risk, and recovery planning.
• Oversee development and implementation of integrated master schedules spanning engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and operations.
• Guide complex schedule analyses including trend analysis, scenario modeling, and risk assessments.
• Drive consistency of scheduling practices and reporting across projects and teams.
• Mentor and develop Managers and senior scheduling professionals.
