Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to lead day-to-day project controls across small-to-medium projects in our Arizona team. You will own cost, schedule, forecasting, risk, change management, and reporting under the Project Controls Director, ensuring integrity and informed decision-making.

The role is hands-on within project teams, requires 2–5 years in project controls or EPC, Primavera experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and coordination skills.
• Experience using Primavera for scheduling and cost control.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Leads cost management, budget maintenance, and forecast analysis for assigned projects.
• Maintains schedules, critical path, milestones, and progress reporting.
• Manages risk, change control, and interfaces with project leadership on outcomes.
• Coordinates with Operations Finance, Project Accounting, and other functional teams.
• Delivers accurate project controls reports and KPIs for reviews.
• Mentors other project controls staff and supports continuous improvement.
