Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy, a business within Primoris Services Corporation, seeks a Project Controls Coordinator to assist with cost reporting, change orders, and data integrity across weekly cost, production, and earned value reports.

You will work with field engineers and timekeepers to ensure report accuracy, support PMs and directors, and participate in various tracking and analysis tasks to drive project performance. Knowledge of cost accounting and federal/state codes is valued.

Qualifications

• Two year Associate or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Accounting/Finance, or Project Management.
• 0-2 years of admin/coordinator experience; preferred Solar/renewable energy experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Controls with coordinating duties and cost reporting.
• Assist with data entry, job cost adjustments, accruals, and weekly/production/Earned Value reports.
• Track Change Orders, RR, Drawdowns, AR logs, and CO logs; assist PMs and executives.
