Primoris Energy Services is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Manager to lead cost and schedule controls across multiple projects in the Dallas, Texas region. You will guide budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and reporting while partnering with project managers and finance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires extensive site construction experience, strong leadership, and hands-on proficiency with MS Office, Power BI, and project control tools.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience as a Project Controls Manager.
• Previous site construction experience leading direct hire projects.
• Power project experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, or Business.
• MS Office, Power BI, Access, Viewpoint proficiency.
• Able to interact with all levels of management.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with cost controls, schedule controls and risks management.
• Ensure projects comply with governance, rules and regulations.
• Oversee delivery of project controls services from scoping to closeout.
• Direct and support project controls activities for the portfolio including budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, reporting, risk management, and invoicing.
• Provide cost, schedule, estimating, progress measurement, and change management leadership.
• Liaise with Finance for capital appropriation requests and project financial closure.
• Lead project controls team and manage a team of engineers/specialists.
