Job summary

18 Primoris Renewable Energy seeks a detail-oriented Project Controls assistant to support the Project Controls team in Aurora, Colorado. You will help with data entry, phase code management, cost adjustments, and weekly Earned Value and production reports.

Preferred candidates have an Associate degree or equivalent experience, 0–2 years in administration, and familiarity with Excel, Ecosys, Viewpoint, and document control tools. Renewable energy experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two-year Associate or equivalent in Construction Management, Electrical/Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Accounting/Finance, or Project Management.
• 0-2 years of administrative/coordinator experience; Solar/renewables experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, Ecosys, Viewpoint, and document control programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate duties with Project Controls, open/close Phase codes, internal change requests, data entry, job cost adjustments, accruals, and weekly reports (Cost, Production, Earned Value).
• Track Change Order logs, RR, Drawdowns, and update accounts receivable and CO logs.
• Maintain Purchasing and Equipment logs.
• Assist PMs, Directors, VPs, and PCMs with reports and data requests.
• Work with Field Engineers and Timekeepers to ensure daily hour and quantity report accuracy.
• Assist with Ecosys setup, B2W true-ups, Job Cost, Client, Equipment, Trend, and Production Reports.
• Analyze data and correct mistakes with or without supervisor guidance.
• Notary experience is a plus; training and supply costs covered by the company.
• Support with daily/weekly/monthly subcontractor/EPC reports to ensure data accuracy.
